Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for store credit only. This means you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item in exchange for store credit.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
✔️ Unworn and unused
✔️ Original tags attached
✔️ In original packaging
Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back at the customer's expense. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once approved, store credit will be issued via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges. Thank you for understanding!
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for store credit:
Items showing signs of wear
Items damaged after trying on
Washed items
Items purchased with store credit (partial or full)
Final Sale Policy:
- All sale items are final sale
Order Cancellations & Lost Packages
We do not cancel orders once placed.
Once an order has been scanned by UPS or USPS, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
